Negligence: Question 1

Tommy, 15 years old, is golfing with his father and two uncles (both of whom are adults).  He has been golfing many times before, always with his father and uncles.  The golf course they play at prohibits minors under 14 form the course, and prohibits any minor from playing unless accompanied by an adult, but it is not uncommon for older teenagers to play at the course.  When he tees off on the first hole, the ball veers sharply to the right, entering the fairway of another hole and striking Bob in the head, injuring him. If Bob decides to sue Tommy for negligence, will the claim be governed by the child standard of care or the adult standard of care?
