Bradley has a crush on Avery, a girl in his college study group. Avery has made it clear that she has a boyfriend (who goes to a different college) and that she has no interest in Bradley. One night after a long study session in Avery 's dorm room, Bradley gets up to leave. Avery walks him to the door to see him out, and Bradley leans in to give her a kiss. Avery turns her head to avoid it. Assault?
