Adverse Possession: Question 3

John parked his recreational vehicle on unimproved wooded property which he knew was owned by Paul. He lived on the property in the recreational vehicle for six years, and mostly kept to himself. He rarely entertained visitors on the property (although once a year he had a visit from his brother, who lived out of state), and he used a post office box for his mail delivery. The recreational vehicle was not visible from the road. Paul came to inspect the property once per year. Due to the large size of the parcel, and the fact that John moved the recreational vehicle from one location to another throughout his six years of possession, Paul never saw the recreational vehicle and did not know of John’s presence on the property. Has John satisfied the “open and notorious” element of adverse possession?
