Adverse Possession: Question 2

Paul owns a parcel of unimproved wooded property in the state of Columbia, where the adverse possession statute of limitations is five years. John has always claimed ownership of the property. Although he has never resided on the property, he has paid property taxes on the property and he has had packages delivered there (although his regular mail is normally delivered to his residence address). Once per year, on the Fourth of July, he holds a big barbecue on the property for all of his friends and relatives, where he invites people to camp on the property and shoot fireworks. He has done so for ten years. Has he satisfied the elements of adverse possession?
